1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wehda App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Wehda is a digital platform that enables building and compound management, including maintenance tracking, financial management, and communication between residents and management.

3. User Roles

Users may register as residents, Union President Each role has different permissions and access levels.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access
• Respect other users and building policies

5. Payments

All fees, if applicable, are determined by building management. Payments are processed via third-party providers. Wehda is not responsible for payment disputes between residents and management.

6. Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

• No Refunds: Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

• Service Continuity: If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain full access to the platform and community features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused days within that month.

2. Annual Subscriptions

• Cooling-Off Period: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial annual subscription purchases. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations After 14 Days: If you cancel your annual subscription after the initial 14-day window, the payment is non-refundable. Your service will remain active until the end of your 12-month commitment, and the subscription will not automatically renew for the following year.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Wehda, you consent to data practices described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Wehda are owned by Wehda for Smart Solutions L.L.C. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wehda is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which Wehda operates.
